Can I have a private 1:1 with you?
If you are an active MY LUMA·NOVA member, 100% yes! This optional, additional service is available only to MY LUMA·NOVA members – simply click the Level Up link on your main menu and follow the prompts to book and pay for your private distance healing session. This service is not available to single-purchase customers (healing bundles, masterclasses etc) or the general public.
I am a MY LUMA·NOVA member with a recurring subscription and would like to cancel, how do I do this?
Simply go to your account settings in the top right corner of your member dashboard, then click on Subscriptions, then select Cancel.
Do you offer private mentoring or Reiki training?
I am not currently offering any Usui Reiki training of any kind or private 1:1 mentoring. However, Masterclasses on a variety of spiritual and well-being topics will be available to purchase very soon and these will be more in-depth than the short courses and mentoring classes included in a MY LUMA·NOVA membership. As a member or a single-purchase customer, can I download the recordings on this site?
All video content within this website is not available for download. To access the recorded and archived healings, meditations, card readings, mentor sessions etc you need to have an active MY LUMA·NOVA membership. To access the healing bundles you need to make a one-time purchase. Anything that is downloadable on this site will be clearly marked as such (eg pdfs).
Can I buy a MY LUMA·NOVA membership for a friend?
